5.) Route 28 Salem, NH
Also named North + South Broadway, the entire road is lined on both sides with shopping plazas, department stores, specialty stores, restaurants, and other services. Because Salem borders Massachuesetts, and this is one of the main roads leading there, it’s packed with shoppers from out of state. Unless you’re familiar with the area, or you know exactly which store you’re heading to, I don’t suggest driving this road just to browse. It’s hard enough to get through traffic when you know where you’re going!

6.) South Willow St Manchester, NH
Also named route 28 and very similar to Salem, this road is lined with shopping plazas, many major department stores, restaurants, specialty stores, and other services. Most are located on So Willow, but there are many stores located just off the main road. Also like Salem, this is a maojor shopping destination in NH but the traffic, for the most part, isn’t as congested. There are a few tricky spots though and from Nov-Dec travelling this road can be a nightmare, especially near the highway ramps where the Mall of NH is located.
