Preparation

Meditation should be practiced in a quiet “activity free” environment. You could be either seated or lying down. Later when you’re experienced at meditation, you’ll be able to be a bit more flexible with chose of environments.

When I meditate I like to throw in a mix of positive statements. There all truthful statements and possibilities, so the subconscious should allow passageway. I’m going with this approach here! When you’re experienced with meditation you can modify it to better suit your unique situation!

Get into a comfortable position, Take three to four deep breathes, filling the lower part of the lungs first and then leading naturally into the upper chest.

1. Inhale through the nose,,, hold for a moment,,, exhale through the mouth completely, hold for a moment,,,

2. Inhale,,, hold for a moment,,, exhale completely, hold for a moment,,,

3. Inhale,,, hold for a moment,,, exhale completely, hold for a moment,,,

4. Inhale,,, hold for a moment,,, exhale completely, hold for a moment,,,

Continue breathing.

8 Minute Meditation

Focus on a spot, your eyes are fixed, your eyelids will become relaxed, becoming heavier and heavier, soon they will be so heavy, they will close, soon you will be in hypnosis,

As you focus on a spot, your eyes are fixed, your eyelids will become relaxed, becoming heavier and heavier, soon they will be so heavy, they will close, soon you will be in hypnosis,

As you focus on a spot, your eyes are fixed, your eyelids will become relaxed, becoming heavier and heavier, soon they will be so heavy, they will close, soon you will be in hypnosis,

As you focus on a spot, your eyes are fixed, your eyelids will become relaxed, becoming heavier and heavier, soon they will be so heavy, they will close, soon you will be in hypnosis,

You are in hypnosis now,

As you rest here comfortably you find yourself relaxing more and more with each breath you take,

Begin relaxation of your muscles,

Start at your feet let the muscles of your right leg relax from the toes up to your hip

Continue breathing,

Now with the left leg, in the same way, relax from the toes to the hip,

Breathe,

Wiggle all your toes,

Tighten all the muscles of both legs,

Breathe,

Let them go loose and limp,

Let the stomach and abdominal muscles relax,

Let the chest and breathing muscles relax,

Continue breathing,

Let your back muscles relax,

Follow with the shoulders and neck,

Breathe,

Now relax your arms, your fingertips,

Your eyes are closed now, and you will begin to feel a pleasant calm sweep over you, you give way to this feeling, it’s so pleasant to relax,

Your arms and legs will begin to feel heavy,

You’re drifting into the sublime, and relaxing more and more, it is as if all challenges could be met, as if all challenges are being met.

You will feel a sense of comfort and well being,

Drifting deeper and deeper, deeper with every breathe you take,

As I count backwards I want for you to imagine descending on a staircase, You will go deeper with each count ten,,,nine,,,eight,,,seven,,,six,,,five,,,four,,,three,,,two,,,one,,,zero,

You’re off the staircase, in a peaceful warm place,

Breathe,

Remember this special place,

Feel your specific warm place,

See it,

Smell the aromas from this special place,

Taste a piece of it,

Hear its soothing sounds,

You are aware of your comfort now and the recharging it brings,

The more you give into your comfort the more you shall receive,

You will now have your old familiar glow and will be once again full of positive energies.

Your mind is sharp.

You are the one.

Today you are even closer to your dreams, your desires, and your expectations.

You are wise but always open to learn more.

You are compassionate.

You love and it shows.

You have patience with others as they learn from you.

People always feel your goodness.

You can always release kindness in all your encounters.

You will always seek opportunity, find it and turn it into something better,

People sense your kindness always and in return extend theirs.

You are creative.

People desire your personal company because your eye is on the ball.

People in contact or near you are rejuvenated by your powerful energies.

You are a very important person.

Continue breathing,

I want for you to imagine the staircase once again. This time you’re standing at the bottom and will be ascending upward as I count from one to ten. You will begin to come out of hypnosis as I count to ten, at which point you will be fully awake, recharged and refreshed, physically and mentally.

Continue breathing, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, and ten, breathe in,

Awake, gradually regain you balance and proceed with your life.
