Some pregnant women think they need to keep up with their usual pace of living. Your pregnant now and you’ll need to slow down a little.

Don’t feel like you NEED to get things done. Your partner should be pitching in and helping out a lot more than usual now. Getting plenty of rest will help you with morning sickness and those pounding pregnancy headaches.

If you take it easy, you’ll reduce the possibility of you and Hubby getting frustrated with each other.

 This could come in handy for writing down questions when they pop up. Take it to the Doctor with you so you can ask the questions you’ve written.

 Can you imagine what it feels like to hold on when your busting for a pee? Well simply put, you’re contracting your pelvic floor muscles.

 To do this exercise, simply tighten the vaginal muscles as if trying to stop the flow of urine. It’s so easy.

 Hold each contraction for five seconds then release. It’s simple, easy and you can do them anywhere without anyone even knowing. In the office. In the car. etc etc
