Baked Fruity Pork Chops Recipe

8 pork chops, 3/4″ thick
3 tablespoons oil
4 tart apples, cored and sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup hot water
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 small can pineapple tidbits, drain and reserve juice

Brown chops in hot oil and place in baking dish; top with apple rings and brown sugar.

Add flour to oil in skillet; blend. Add water, 1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice, and vinegar; cook until thick. Add pineapple tidbits and pour mixture over chops. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for one hour.
