2 cups (500 ml) of milk
½ cup (125 ml) of sugar
¼ tsp. (1 ml) of nutmeg
½ tsp. (2 ml) of cinnamon
½ tsp. (2 ml) of vanilla
4 cups (1 liter) of dry bread cut into ½ inch (1.3 mm) cubes

HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT BLEND

Grease the inside of your crockpot with butter or oil. You can also use a non-stick spray if you wish.

Put the bread cubes into the crockpot. Make sure they are evenly spread over the bottom of the pot.

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat them.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the eggs and mix well.

Pour this mixture over the bread cubes and let it stand until the bread has soaked it up. This should take approximately 15 min.

Stir the mixture to make sure the raisins are evenly distributed.

Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.
