Corned Beef Salad Recipe

We like to eat meat in our family, so this salad is a perfect fit for the meat lovers out there. This salad recipe is a great change of pace from the usual vegetable salads; and it’s easy to make!

Corned Beef Salad Recipe

For this recipe, you will need the following:

- 1 can c. beef (shredded)
- 3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cups water (1 cup hot and 1 cup cold)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup celery chopped fine
- 1 tlbps. green peper
- 1 small pkg lemon jello
- 1 cup mayonnaise

Dissolve jello in water – chill in refrigerator until partially set. Whip and add mayonnaise, and other ingredients. Eggs last. Chill again until ready to serve. Serve on lettuce leaf.
