Chicken Curry (or Curry Chicken) is a very famous dish among Malaysia and Singapore and so, around the globe! People loves it taste very much!

* 1 whole chicken – cut into pieces, skin removed
* 2 large potatoes – peeled, cut into sixths
* 60 ml coconut milk
* 1 table spoon of cooking oil
* 300 ml water

Curry Chicken

1. Pour in 1 table spoon cooking oil and ModenCarry Chicken Curry Paste. Stir fried for 1 minute.
2. Add chicken pieces, potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Add in coconut milk and continue to cook for 15 minutes or until it is boiled.
4. Serve best with rice or roti canai or roti jala.
