Easy Chicken Curry Recipe

• 600gm chicken
• 2 potatoes (peeled, cut to smaller size)
• 80 ml coconut milk or fresh milk
• 1 table spoon of cooking oil
• 2 table spoon of water
• 300 ml water

1. Heat 1 table spoon of cooking oil, pour 1 packet of Khimyan brand Chicken Curry Paste and 2 table spoon of water, stir fried for 1 minute.
2. Add chicken and potatoes, stir fried for 2 minutes. Pour 300ml water and bring to boiled, lower heat then simmer covered for 15 minutes. (may add 80ml of coconut milk or fresh milk as your prefer). Keep boiling for 3 minutes or until chicken is tender.
3. Serve with rice or bread.
