Ingredients

300g (11 oz) of ripe tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 green pepper, 100 ml (3.4 oz) of olive oil, 2 table spoons of wine vinegar, 200g (7 oz) of stale bread if possible home-made type, marjoram to taste, salt to taste, cold water.

Preparation
