My favourite essential oil for any emotion that arises.

Present Time Present Time is an empowering fragrance that creates a feeling of “being in the moment”.

Disease developes when we live in the past and with regret.Being in the present time is key to progressing and moving forward.

Neroli was used by the ancient Egyptians for healing the mind, body and spirit. It is stabilizing and strengthening to the emotions, promoting peace, confidence and awareness. It brings everything into focus.

Alleviates anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

 

Favourite Essential Oils

 

Ylang Ylang – increases relaxation; balances male and female energies. It also restores confidence and equilibrium.

Spruce – opens and releases emotional blocks, fostering a sense of balance.

Application Diffuse, directly inhale, or add 2-4 drops to bath water. Apply to sternum and thymus area, neck and forehead.

My experience with Present Time When I have something bothering me I tend to develope this persistant irritable cough, when I apply Present Time the cough goes almost immediately.

All physical issues are brought about by an emotion – that’s why it works for me. I can’t always identify the emotion but my body does!
