Fish Curry with Fish & Prawn Curry Paste

Fish Curry is a typical curry food cooked in almost all Malaysian and Singaporan homes. This basic recipe uses 2 way to cook – a Fish and Prawn Curry Paste or a Do-It-Yourself method. It has just the right blend of spices for an authentic ‘Malaysian-tasting’ fish curry!

Ingredients:
* 600g of fish, prawn or other seafood
* some lady fingers, brinjal and onion
* 50 ml coconut milk
* 500 ml water

Direction
1. Add 500 ml water and a packet of Fish & Prawn Curry Paste. Stir well to mix.
2. Add fish, prawn and other seafood with some vegetable like lady fingers, brinjal and oniaon. Cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Bring to a low boil and add 50 ml of coconut milk Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes or until cooked.
4. Serve when it is hot.

    Hi there, can you tell me where I can purchase fish and prawn curry paste? I tried looking in Chinese store but couldn’t find it. There was either just shrimp or just curry paste.
