Fitness motivation and tags

Let’s talk tags, what I mean is you are going to create and keep in mind five words like courage, wonderful, great, strength or strong, healthy, determined you get the idea and with these words you form a quick positive sentence to which you will find further fitness motivation for your training experience.

Here’s an example you say or think of the word courage and as you train the word courage to you might mean “I have the courage of a lion” and you could even growl. The thing is to set up these tags as single descriptions of who you are when you’re at your absolute best. Believe me they work, even when someone else has said your words during a session or anywhere. You will feel the surge of power and fitness motivation these now powerful, meaningful words provide before during, and after training. A single word can bring out the best in you just like a terrible word can turn people into balls of fire.

Love, love, love, “For my family, for my friends, for myself” For my family, for my friends, for myself” say it with me “For my family, for my friends, for myself” now tag this word to your current effort, love, whenever you experience it or hear of it, it shall warm your heart and fill you completely, it will then feed your being with unlimited freedom, unlimited courage, unlimited determination, unlimited health, unlimited love, “For my family, for my friends, for myself” Take a few moments for some deep thoughts as to all that love means to you.

Great job now as I mention earlier first I would go and then you, ready think of a word———————-repeat it — again ——–tag a positive sentence to that word—–repeat the sentence——now tag your word to your current effort by saying your word now,—-whenever you hear it, think it or read it—–it’ll bring you to this moment and your beliefs, and feelings at this time—-repeat your positive sentence— say your word again—-take a few moments to give thought to all this word means to you and than allow it to enhance your fitness motivation.
