Home Gym

Home-Gym is particularly for those who

are very busy or those who do not like the idea a gym

environment.

As much as i enjoy going to the gym rather than exercising on my

own at home, i also know and respect the fact that there

are people who prefer to workout in the comfort of their home,

and that is absolutely fine.

I personally think exercising at home alone can be tricky

sometimes because you have everything available for distraction,

but that’s just me. If you can pull it off, stay focused and

motivated, then well done to you and keep going.

Best Gym Equipement

Deciding which one is the best Home-Gym equipment varies

form person to person. It all depends on various factors:

- which exercises are fun to you

- which ones do you like or dislike

- your goals

- the amount of money that you are ready to spend

- the safety of the room you want to use as you gym space

- also the space you have available in your home

If you haven’t though of any exercise routines yet or are not too

sure about which one to go for, here is a simple guideline.

you can choose from the following: The Treadmill Workout

which is a great cardio- vascular exercise. If you like running

or jogging, then this is perfect for you and the machine you

need to get started is called The Treadmill .

And if you do not have that much space and only need that one

machine which can do a complete body workout for you,no need to

keep asking yourself if this tool exists because it does and

that exercise is called

The Elliptical or Cross-Trainer Workout

It is full-body workout exercise and is very safe if you

follow the guidelines.

If you rather prefer cycling and toning your legs ,

The Exercise Bike Workout will do just that for you.

All you need to have is a Stationary Bike

and There are two different style of this bike:

-The Upright Bike

-The Recumbent Bike

An alternative to the bike exercise in my opinion

is The Rowing Machine Workout ,it works the whole body

but most of the job is done on the legs. People often ignore

this machine, but I’ll advice you try it on.

And if you do not have that much space and only need that one

machine which does a complete body workout for you,

no need to keep asking yourself if this tool exists because it

does and that exercise is called The Elliptical or Cross-Trainer Workout It is a full-body workout exercise and is very safe if you follow the guidelines.

If you do wish to commute to the gym all the time and prefer to

exercise at home instead, i have given you all you need to have

for a perfect Home-Gym . And just in case you did

not know that, aerobic is also an option to

consider for indoor activities, and requires less space.
