How To Prepare The Coleslaw?

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons half-and-half or milk
1 teaspoon cider or white vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
4 drops Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup sugar
4 cups shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons shredded carrots
1 tablespoons finely minced green pepper

In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, half-and-half, vinegar, lemon juice, lemon rind, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, and sugar.

Add cabbage, carrots, and green pepper and mix well.

Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

Serves 4.

TIP: This cole slaw will keep for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. If it gets too juicy during this time, simply pour off the access liquid.
