This is a quick and simple jerk pork recipe.

4 Pork Loins
2 Onions, chopped into quarters
2 cloves of garlic, chopped in half
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
& frac14; tsp all spice
¼ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp lime juice

Place all the ingredients accept the pork loins in a food processor and whiz up until it forms a paste. Place the paste and the pork loins in a plastic freezer bag and place in the fridge to marinade for a minimum of 4 hours or preferably over night.Heat a griddle pan until it starts to smoke. Scrape the excess marinade off the pork loins, and place on the griddle. Cook on each side for 5-7 min ensuring that it is cooked thoroughly.Serve with rice and peas.
