1. Processed Meats: hotdogs, high fat luncheon meats, pepperoni, bacon, sausage, and ham. 20 human diseases can be linked directly to the consumption of pork products. A study by the University of Southern Callifornia has found that a child has 9 times the chance of developing Leukemia if he eats just 3 hotdogs per week.

2. Nutrasweet, Aspartame, Equal: These are used in most diet soft drinks and other diet realted products. 10% of these products are made of Methanol (AKA Paint Thinner) which has been repeatedly found to be a brain cancer causing agent.

One little blue packet of equal contains more Methanol than what the EPA says is safe for an adult and 10 times the amount for what the EPA says is safe for a child.

3. Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils: Found commonly in Margarines, commercial peanut butter brands (Skippy, Jif, Etc…) and Crisco.

The human body is unable to absorb these types of fats which are the #1 leading cause of obesity, diabetes, arthrits, breast and colon cancer, chronic fatigue, Glaucoma, Multiple Sclerosis, Arteriosclerosis, and High Blood Pressure. Better alternatives are Organic butter, cold pressed Olive oil and Canola oil.

4. Shellfish: Lobster, shrimp, oyster, clams, crab and scallops. Shell fish are in the same family as Cockroaches. They are all arthropods and do the exact same job, clean the planet. Therefore they have high levels of toxins.

5. Junk Food: Chips, cookies, cakes, candy bars etc. Look for snacks containing natural sweeteners such as Carob, Fructose (fruit based sweeteners) and Barley Malt Sweetener – found at health food stores and some major grocery store chains.

6. Procter and Gamble’s Olean and Olestra: This is a fake fat and the body does not process it since it is not natural. Common product example is Lay’s WOW potato chips. This product is known to cause diarrhea and ‘rectal seepage’.

7. Tap Water : The chlorine and fluoride (among a multitude of other impurities) used in the water supplies to ‘clean’ it are toxins to your body. Drink filtered water, preferably that which you can buy at your local stands and supermarkets where you put in your money and you fill your own containers.

8. High Fat Dairy Products: NO homogenized nor pasteurized milk products and definitely nothing with ‘Bovine Growth Hormones’. Use raw certified goat’s milk if needed (closest to human milk there is).

If not available, use organic skim milk. The use of dairy products has been linked to be the highest cause of Osteoporosis and infants who drink this have a higher probability of developing allergies and asthma type problems as they grow up. This is a mucus forming product.

9. Caffeine: Found in coffee, tea, sodas and chocolate. To avoid intense headaches, wean yourself off them a little at a time. Caffeine use is linked to heart diseases, fibroid tumors in women and breast cancer.

10. Alcohol: Can cause breast cancer, prostate cancer, and liver cancer. One ounce of alcohol can reduce the body’s ability to burn fat by up to 35%.
