More free time method – “Halve The Time”

Time yourself doing any activity and then try to halve the amount of time it takes you to do it.

For example:

1. Making breakfast. This would be a great one for you people that are grouchy and zombie-like in the morning.

2. Taking a shower. Leave some water for the fishies!

3. Working out. You’ll burn more calories if you work harder and rest less. Plus you won’t have to spend 1-1.5 hours at the gym

4. Finishing unimportant work or running errands.

5. Getting ready in the morning. This would great for you ladies that spend an hour or more in morning putting your face on.

6. Watching television. There is nothing on and we still waste our lives watching people on TV live theirs.

Etc…

Once you’ve halved your time, try to beat it again!
