New Zealand Cuisine – Kiwi Biscuits Recipes

Serves: 14 -16 biscuits

Ingredients:
100g softened butter
50g granulated butter
100g flour
100g chocolate chips
2 tbsp condensed milk
1 tsp baking powder

Method:
Place the sugar and butter in a bowl. Using a wooden spoon beat the two ingredients together until they are fully combined and creamy.Add the milk and combine. Then sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and combine fully. Then add the chocolate chips and combine again. Form the dough into little balls and the place on a baking sheet and flatten the to form a biscuit. Cook in a preheated over at 180C for 10 min, or until the bottoms are golden. You can serve them straight from the oven or store them in an air tight container.
