Romanian Cuisine – Green Bean Salad Recipe

This is a fresh salad dish!

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
750 g French beans
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
salt and pepper
1 oz fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method:
In a pan of boiling water add the beans and cook for 4 min until tender. Drain, and rinse under running cold water to stop them from cooking and to cool them down.In a bowl add the other ingredients, add the beans and toss in the dressing. Serve.
