The second part of this recipe is to substitute mini meatballs for the stewing beef.

Ok, here we go.

Take 3 .lbs (1.362kg) of extra lean ground beef.

Mix the meat with ¾ cups (175ml) of breadcrumbs, 1 large egg, 2 .tbl (30ml) of minced dry onion, 2 .tbl (30ml) of Worcestershire sauce and ½ .tsp (2ml) of ground black pepper.

Form this mixture into bite sized mini meatballs.

Place the meatballs into a skillet and cook just until the outside starts to brown.

Replace the stewing beef with the meatballs. The rest of the recipe is the same.
