We have written a couple of our favorites on this article for you to try. Our kids simply love these! These are great snacks kids can make at anytime. Kids can have lots of fun making them and you can have fun watching them eat healthy. They are quick, easy and healthy all wrapped in one.

Recipe #1 Nut Butter On A Stick

Carrot sticks, Apple Wedges, Celery Sticks

Peanut Butter, Almond Butter or Cashew Butter

Dip in either peanut or almond butter for a delicious treat.

This is a great appetizer for parties as well!

Recipe #2 Nut Butter & Jelly Rollup

1 Whole-wheat tortilla

Any nut butter (Peanut, Almond or Cashew)

Your favorite natural fruit preserves

Spread a thin layer of nut butter and an even thinner layer of natural fruit preserves on the tortilla.

Roll up, and serve.

Recipe #3 Homemade Trail Mix

1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds

1/4 cup carob chips

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup raisins

Mix together in bowl

Delicious energy snack pack for school

Recipe #4 Strawberry-Banana Fruit Smoothie

1 cup of frozen Strawberries

1 cup of frozen bananas

***2 cups nut milk

1 tbsp of honey

Blend together until smooth.

Makes a satisfying shake the whole family can enjoy!

*** Recipe for Nut Milk

1 cup Raw Nuts (Choose from Almond or Cashew)

2 cups Water

1 Banana

1/2 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup

Liquefy in blender

**You can substitute nut milk for 2 cups orange Juice and add 1 cup apple juice for a mouth-watering fruit drink
