Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Potatoes in Mustard Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

6 pork loin chops
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup country Dijon style mustard
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried thyme
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 medium potatoes, quartered
1 medium onion, sliced

In a skillet brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil.

In slow cooker, combine soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat. Place pork chops on top; cook on “low” heat for 8 to 10 hours or on “high” heat for 4 to 5 hours.
