Spanish Cuisine – King Prawns with Garlic and Lemon Mayonnaise

This is a version of a dish that I enjoy from my local Tapas Bar!

Difficulty rating: Easy

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
12 king prawns, in their shells
1 tsp olive oil
100ml ready made mayonnaise
1 small clove of garlic, crushed
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
4 lemon wedges
handful of watercress to garnish

Spanish Cuisine   King Prawns with Garlic and Lemon Mayonnaise

Method:
Coat the king prawns in the olive oil, and place on a hot grill or BBQ for 2 min each side so they are warmed through. Meanwhile, add the garlic, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper to the mayonnaise. When the king prawns are ready place them on a bed of watercress, with a small bowl with the mayonnaise on the side.
