Spanish Cuisine – Spanish Salad Recipe

Salads make a great side accompaniment or a delicious main course and the best thing about salads is there are no rules! So feel free to experiment, the combination of flavours in this salad provides a wonderful Mediterranean taste.

Serves: 4 (as an accompaniment)

Ingredients:
2 handful’s of salad leaves
1 red onion, cut into rings
1 tsp capers
12 black olives
1 x 200g tin of tuna drained and flaked
1 boiled egg, quartered
