Stuffed Mushrooms make a Great Appetizer treat for any Occasion

For those of you out there that enjoy a change in your appetizer, then this tasty treat is perfect for the party or family. If you do make this, Grandma wants you to make sure no one is allergic to mushrooms in any way.

Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

For this easy recipe, you’ll need the following:

- 16 large fresh mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 6 oz. sweet italian sausage
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 3 tbsp. olive oil

Wash mushrooms; remove stems and chop fine. Remove sausage from casing and put into skillet with stems. Add garlic and 1 tbsp oil. Cook, breaking up meat with a fork until lightly browned. Add 1 tbsp oil parsley and cheese. Fill mushroom cavities with the mixture. Put into a shallow baking pan with remaining oil and 1/4 cup water in the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
