Crunchy roll is very simple and easy to make, and also very tasty. It’s only made in Uramaki style.

  • -1 Half sheet Nori
  • -Sushi rice
  • -Tempura batter fried
  • -Asparagus
  • -2 stick Imitation crab meat

Cover nori with rice flip the nori over where the rice is facing down.

Place asparagus, 2 stick crab meat, and crush fried tempura batter together than roll cut 6-8 piece.

Serve with spicy mayonnaise.
