This Swedish Meatball Recipe is great served over seasoned noodles along with mixed veggies.

These meatballs can be made ahead and warmed through to serve. They also freeze well, so you can make a double batch and freeze half for later use.

Swedish Meatball Recipe

1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. onion granules
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic granules
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup beef broth

Swedish Meatball Recipe

Method

Soak breadcrumbs in cream. Mix together with ground beef, eggs and seasonings. Shape into meatballs. In a frying pan, heat oil. Brown meatballs until cooked to desired doneness. Drain oil. Add beef stock. Cover and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
