Pork Teriyaki

1 pork tenderloin
1 pork onion soup mix
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 apples, sliced & peeled

1/2 medium onion, sliced
1/2 cup water
Teriyaki sauce
Put all ingredients in a foil bag. Cook on a grill (top rack) for 1 1/2 hours. Turn bag over approximately every 15 minutes. If liquid boils out, add more water to prevent drying out.


Pork Chop Pockets

Pork chops
Minute Rice, uncooked
Cream of Mushroom soup

Salt & pepper, as desired
Place one pork chop on foil. Place at least 2 tablespoons rice and 2 tablespoons soup on top of each chop. Drizzle with some water. Add seasonings. Fold the foil into a packet. Cook for about 30 minutes.

Sausage Packets

Smoked or Polish sausage

Salt & pepper
Dice potatoes, chunk onion and slice carrots. Place sausages and vegetables on heavy-duty aluminum foil. Fold packets and place over coals (avoid flames). Turn packet over when sizzling is heard. Usually done in 20 to 30 minutes if placed on red-hot coals. Remove from coals. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.


Corn on the Cob

4 ears of corn, husked
1/4 cup softened butter

Salt, pepper or seasoning salt, to taste
2 ice cubes
Place corn on a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Spread butter on corn and sprinkle with seasonings. Add ice cubes; seal the foil to make a foil packet. Leave room for heat circulation. Place on grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning packet once during cooking.
