Thai Cuisine – Dipping Sauce Recipe

I like to use this dipping sauce with lots of different dishes including wraps, chicken satay and spring rolls.

Difficulty rating: Easy

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp fish sauce
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 chili, finely chopped
2 shallots, sliced
½ “ piece of cucumber cut into small pieces
few leaves of fresh coriander
2 tbsp cold water

Method:
Combine all of the ingredients, place in a small dish and serve! Add more or less of any of the ingredients to taste!
