Thai style Steam Fish with Tom Yum Paste

This delicious and healthy thai style steam fish recipe is many people favorite. Because of the tangy lemon and lemon grass in the paste, it makes the fish tastes sour and little sweet yet and little hot that acceptable for many people. More over, it only takes less than 20 minutes to prepare, get a fresh fish from the wet market, wash and cut the vegetables to embellish the fish, then send to steam, and it is done!

Preparation
• 600gm fresh whole or sliced fish
• 8 cherry (cut to smaller size)
• Bell pepper, Red, Green and Yellow (cut into pieces)
• 1 red chili (finely sliced)
• 2 table spoon Khimyan brand Thai Tom Yum Paste

Thai style Steam Fish with Tom Yum Paste

Direction:
1. Array the clean fish on a plate, arrange the bell peppers, cherries on the side.
2. Spread 2 table spoon of Khimyan brand Thai Tom Yum Paste on top of fish, embellish with chilies then send to steam in wok or oven.
3. Depends on your fish size, bigger fish takes 10 minutes to cook. Serve while it is still hot.
