Sevierville gets it’s name from Tennessee’s first governor, John Sevier and is more popularly known for being the birthplace of the one and only Dolly Parton.

When folks are coming to visit the beautiful Smoky Mountain towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Sevierville is usually the first town they hit after getting off of Interstate 40. Sevierville may not have the name recognition of it’s more popular next door neighbors, but this quaint mountain community is the epitome of a beautiful quiet mountain town with much to offer its residents and visitors.
