The Love Hunt

Most women love the anticipation of good things to come. A Love Hunt is the perfect way to extend that anticipation and the pleasure that it brings. The hunt can be used in two different ways. First, it can be used as an activity to spice up a day or a weekend. Secondly, it can be used as a special way to give a gift. Either way, it takes some effort and planning to put a good Love Hunt together, but she will be telling her friends and family about it for months, if not years, to come.

Secrets Women Want You to Know

Women love surprises with happy outcomes. The Love Hunt delivers multiple surprises and a nice present at the end. To insure that the surprises are good, make sure she can work through the clues.

First, you need to find something to hunt. This should be a special gift , or the promise of a special activity, like a vacation , a massage , or the directions to a special restaurant . Now that you have chosen the gift, it’s time to design the Love Hunt. First you need a playing field. This could be your house, your yard, your town, or it could be a virtual space, like the internet. Once you have the playing field, you need a starting point and an ending point. The starting point and ending points need to be in real space, even if you have some virtual clues. Next, decide how many clues you want to leave. Keep in mind that it is the clues that take the work on your part to make, and the time on her part to find. Too many clues and you will lose interest, and she might as well. Too few clues and it will seem that you did not take the time to make the game really fun. For me, 5 to 10 works every time.

Before you start designing your clues and how to find them, find a theme. The theme could be the story of your lives together or it could be based on her work, her hobbies, or her interests. If she is the technical type, have technical clues that need mathematical skills or engineering interpretations. If she is into the arts, leave clues taped to the underside of tables or counters at special art places throughout town. You could also base the clues on the names of painting or sculptures. If he loves the internet, find sites that have words that tie into your clues and make her find them. No matter what your theme, each clue should lead to the next one. Your clues should include a few things that only the two of you would know.

Next, design the clues. Each clue should lead to the next. They can be rhymes, puzzles or just plain clues. Make sure that you do not get carried away with the difficulty of the clues. Making the clues impossible to decipher is not conducive to successful Love Hunt or a romantic evening. This is not a contest between you and her; it is a romantic way for her to find a surprise. As a matter of fact, you should make sure that she wins the game! This could mean having alternate clues that lead her to the end if necessary.

Finally, decide whether you want to do the Love Hunt together or if she is she on her own. Leaving her on her own is a particularly good strategy if the hunt is to take several days to complete. This way, she can take her time getting it done and can let you know how she is coming every day. Doing it together can be a lot of fun as well.

Make sure that you only give her help when she really needs it. You know what the answer to the clue is and telling her without giving her a chance to figure out it out will spoil the fun. Even better, you could give her a small gift or token for every clue that she gets right. This will give her multiple little surprises as well as the big surprise at the end. The little surprises in themselves may be clues as to what is coming at the end.

This is one of those things that you do not want to do every week, but save for special occasions. The time and effort you put into it will lead to great results in the stories that she tells her friends and family about what a special guy you are and how you went to all the trouble to create this special event for her. Hey, what could be better than that!
