This dessert is for experienced chocoholics only! Don’t forget to remove from the fridge 30 min before serving.

Serves: 4

6 oz good quality milk chocolate, chopped into small pieces
300 ml double cream
pinch of salt
2 tbsp brandy
4 oz fresh raspberries
A little coco powder for dusting

Place the cream and salt in a pan, heat until it starts to bubble. Add the chocolate and beat in with a whisk. Once the chocolate has melted, add the brandy. Pour evenly into four ramekins, allow to cool and then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Remove from the fridge and when ready to serve, scatter the top with raspberries and dust with the coco powder.
