Ingredients:
8 oz Macaroni, cooked & drained
16 oz Mature Cheddar Cheese, grated
12 oz Evaporated Milk
3/4 Pint Milk
2 Eggs
Salt
Freshly Milled Black Pepper

Method:
Place the cooked macaroni in crockpot that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add all of the remaining ingredients, except 6 oz of the cheese, mix well with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle with the remaining 6 oz of cheese over the top, cover and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours or until the mixture is firm and golden around the edges. Do not remove the cover or stir until it has finished cooking.

Serve while hot.
